Vielleicht steht das ja irgendwo schon (und ich hab's vergessen), aber weiß jemand, was das für Geräusche am Anfang von Pornography sind? Herr Figure, das ist doch Dein Thema... ;-)
Stimmt das, dass es ein Band ist, dass rückwärts läuft?

also wenn ich mich recht erinnere, kann aber auch vom hörensagen stammen, dann sind das wahllos aufgenommene geräusche aus dem Tv oder Radio??? ja, kann gut sein, dass es rückwärts abgespielt wird ... kann aber auch sein, dass ich das ganze verwechsle... machen andere bands -grins- ja auch solche spielereien, die mich persönlich recht kalt lassen, muss ich sagen... fast schon nerven...  sorry Pornography war nie mein lieblingssong auf Pornography...

Hallo ihr,
ich hab euer Forum erst neulich entdeckt und hoffe, dass Forumsneulinge hier Willkommen sind 
Ich glaube, ich kann zu diesem Thema was beitragen (hab ich vor längerer Zeit mal irgendwo im Netz gefunden..- Quelle weiß ich nicht mehr)
'This is a transcript I have made of the disembodied voices at the beginning and end of the track "Pornography". As with the lyrics section - these may not be 100% correct! Thanks to Petrarch - a poster on the forum a long time ago - for helping out with some parts of this.
At the start:
[backwards talking starts - see below]
[voice 1 - male]: "Yeah, and bring the van..."
"Oh no, the lights [???] gone out on the truck And they took the tyres and the gas"
[keyboard starts]
[voice 1]: "They've robbed the cash register too!"
[voice 2 - male]: "going to be [?] again"
[voice 3 - male] "you're not a [b?]"
[Voice 4- male - over silence]: "Poor Joe"
[voice 2 - male] "we're being -" [sentence cuts]
[voice 5- Germaine Greer] "...one of the new villains is comedienne [?] Ramus, who doesn't even use use the word 'fucking'"
[drums fading up]
"[indecipherable lines] You can't really avoid it can you?"
"Can you?"
[voice 6- male] "I don't think so"
[full fade up]
[Throughout all the above, there is also a backwards voice running. It is that of a BBC TV announcer signing the station off for the night]:
"Well, I've just been told to put BBC2 to bed for tonight. A reminder that there's a treat in store for opera lovers in [?] tomorrow evening, with a sparkling performance from the Royal Opera House from [?] of one of the world's best-loved aromatic operas: [???]. The curtain goes up at half past eight, tomorrow."
[here is where you here "poor Joe" in the forward part]
"Well now there's the last look at the top of this evening, the time is just winding its way around to eight minutes to one. If you're still up and about and want a bit more entertainment, a reminder that our colleagues over on BBC radio are still on the airwaves. On Radio 2 in eight minutes Sheila Tracey, then Radio 2's Tiger Tim takes over...erm...[?] [?] out, and then two o'clock You Are The Night And The Music, with Tim Richards through 'til five. But for now, on behalf of everyone here on BBC2, this is Robin Witting--"
At the end:
[immediately following "I must fight this sickness"]
[voice 5 - Germaine Greer???] ''I agree with [Bjorn?] about [???] poking [?[ with a sharp pointed stick.''
''[Where do you want me to?] put them...''
"If someone wants to poke him with a sharp pointed stick, that's fine by me"

Hey, vielen Dank und herzlichst Willkommen bei "The Big Hand"... interessanter Beitrag... Wir sind hier sozusagen die letzten Cure-Fans aus Mitteleuropa, die sich zusammengefunden haben (virtuell) und die zum Teil wahnsinnige Probleme haben um von HH nach B zu kommen im Februar  |

Kenn einige hier (allerdings nur vom Lesen) noch aus dem uyea-Forum (Da ist ja gar nix mehr los..).
Ja, das sind schon echte Probleme, die man haben kann 
Aber ich finds schon klasse, was manche Leute auf sich nehmen, um The Cure zu sehen. |
